My name is Lindsey Benton and I live with my son and husband in Barre, VT. I grew up in a rural community in western New York where I spent most of my early childhood playing in the creek and creating art. I have always had an appreciation for art and science, and I enjoy finding the creative overlap between these two passions. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from SUNY Geneseo. After completing my Masters of Education degree from Antioch University New England, I spent 9 years teaching middle grades at a Waldorf school in Vermont. I am thankful to join the Woodbury Elementary School community and value its strong sense of community.
